A Jaeger-LeCoultre Memovox from the Korean War: Here's One You Don't See Often

While Jaeger-LeCoultre has a rich story of watches continuous to military service, selected Memovox watches are generally perceived to have had a larger tie with a boardroom than a battlefield. However, currently for sale is an early Memovox which is engraved with: Presented By Officers of 6160th M & S Group Japan 53.

The seller states which this was from a United States Air Force Hospital Group involved with a Korean War. The Korean War ended with a Korean War Armistice Agreement in 1953, so it is possible which this watch may have been a present commemorating a finish of a war.

The lugs upon this Memovox positively accent a dial as well as a watch appears to be in nice condition. For some-more report upon this Memovox with ties to a Korean War, click here.
