Xenatec Maybach Cruiserio has its Big Opening



You remember a Xenatec Maybach project, don't you? Who could forget: a German coachbuilder set out, with Daimler's approval, to spin a Maybach 57 S limousine into a two-door coupe. Now they've perceived additional funding (to a tune of 70 million) from a Saudi firm called AutoKingdom, as well as a accomplished product is entering production.

U.S. Marshalls Service on November 13th held an auction at the Sheraton New York Hotel & Towers, where Ruth Madoff’s 10.5 carat diamond ring brought in the big bucks. This was actually an auction of the belongings of Ponzi schemer Bernie Maddof. Mrs. Maddof’s diamond ring was sold for 550,000, while her diamond earrings went for over 100,000.
